You don’t need to be a dancer, just have a little knowledge of movement on the hammock. You’ll be fully supported and guided in the movements and rhythm, so you can fully enjoy this experience that will help you release your patterns and open up to feeling
HOW DOES THIS SESSION WORK?
choose your spot and your hammock. We’ll do a warm-up and learn the choreography, so we can then recreate it fully and freely. I’ll make sure to assess any choreographic changes that may help all participants and ensure you a pleasant and powerful experience.
