Reconnect with your body by following the rhythm of the music.
You don’t need to be a dancer, just have a little knowledge of movement on the hammock. You’ll be fully supported and guided through the movements and the rhythm, so you can fully enjoy this experience that opens the new astrological year (which begins on 21 March in the sign of Aries)
HOW DOES THIS SESSION WORK?
choose your spot and your hammock. We’ll do a warm-up and learn the choreography, then recreate it fully and freely. I’ll make sure to assess any choreographic changes that can help all participants and ensure you a pleasant and powerful experience.
