For years I’ve discovered (on myself and on others) the wellbeing of physical movement and the wellbeing of the body by keeping the mind stimulated.
Now, after many studies and in-depth research, I’ve added to my approach (and to my classes) the astrological component, thus giving meaning to movement based on the transits of the stars
I’ve always approached the world through the movement of my body; an athlete at competitive levels and a dancer, my professional path first took other artistic outlets in the fashion field, while continuing to explore my innate curiosity for body dynamics and the energies that make it up and flow through it.

This psychological and astrological approach (explored by C.G. Jung) leads us to reflect on the cosmos as a mirror of a vast and complex design of our mind. Our mind shapes the body and vice versa.
That’s why moving different parts of the body, practicing different meditations and breathing techniques according to astral movements can support the connection with the unconscious. I apply this method to every class I teach in my studio, and it makes the difference in your approach off the mat, allowing you to decode complex moods and recurring moments in the solar and astrological year.
