The ancient practice of meditation is often complicated and underestimated in its healing qualities; people think you must silence the mind to reach a meditative state, but instead you need to embrace the outside…

All of this is developed only through practice.

These 4 sessions are designed to help you understand and introduce you to the basics of meditation, so you can then build your healthy routine.. 

 

 

EACH CLASS LASTS 30min  

BECAUSE TO MEDITATE YOU DON'T NEED TIME, BUT ATTENTION

NYAMA + ASANA

Having discipline in the movement of the mind is as important as in the movement of the body. We will learn concentration and some movements that help the body prepare for meditative stillness

 

 

PRANAYAMA

Breath is a vital flow of energy that allows us to bring activation and/or calm to our mind. We will learn the basic techniques that prepare for meditative activation

 

 

PRATYAHARA + DHARANA

Helping the body not react to external stimuli means filling the space with listening, without fear of the mind shifting its attention. We will learn to re-center when attention fades, the stimulus and the quiet of our senses

 

 

DHAYANA

Being ready to “understand” and carry out a complete meditation is a long journey that evolves with you, over time, with practice. We will learn to create a simple meditative sequence to do every day.

 

 

EACH LESSON LASTS 30 MIN

FROM 8:15 AM TO 8:45 AM
