Body movement and its functions
We will break down the movement of the basic Asanas on your body, according to every physical need, understanding motor principles and activations.
Because what is “basic” always needs solid foundations.

We will understand the dynamics of backbends, benefits and motor concepts applied to your body’s characteristics, to perform these challenging postures safely, yet progressively.

Hip opening and emotional state: how much can mental and physical wellbeing affect these positions? We will explore the applied motor principles to find safety and strength in these Asanas.

After understanding the basic (and not only) motor principles and the benefit of the mind on the body, we are ready to face arm-balance Asanas. Shapes that lead us to move the body in an unnatural way, yet stimulate the mind to continuous adaptation.
