We’ll meet again in the magnificent Villa dei Cipressi, wrapped in a warm Christmas atmosphere.
We’ll start our morning with a dynamic yoga and breathwork practice to help awaken the body and enhance the perception of our inner light: that energetic layer that connects us not only to ourselves but also to the energies around us; to feel lighter and more aware on this end-of-year journey (the practice is suitable for everyone)
After awakening body and awareness, a delicious snack will be waiting for us, with selected products from Ziga Bistrò and Infermentum, to awaken our palate too and, why not, a little chat while admiring the winter garden.
Now it’s time for skincare and facial gym exercises, during which you’ll learn movements and techniques you can also do on your own at home. We’ll see how the face and skin can glow with a gentle massage, taking on a peachy tone like a natural blush on your cheeks. The golden moment has arrived! 24-karat gold patches will be applied, with the property of activating microcirculation and fluid drainage, making your gaze brighter and the eye contour firmer.
Wearing this golden light, let yourself be guided into a magical guided relaxation: Savasana.
We’ll try to let ourselves float freely among our emotions, desires and sensations, to activate that deep dialogue with ourselves that brings us back to full awareness of who we are, of the light that shines within us, toward our goals and wishes, toward balance between heart and mind. All accompanied by an easy visualization and soothing sounds.
Slowly, with a new light, we’ll get ready to say goodbye in front of a warm herbal tea—but remember to pick up your Christmas gift before we part!
