A place still, in the mysticism of time.
Immersed in nature, it welcomes you without judgment, with your fragilities, doubts and emotions; it gives you the space you need yet at the same time reassures you, protecting you within its ancient walls.
An ancient hermitage, where dinners take place in meditative silence (as the monks once did), where food is the fruit of their own crops and sleeping in small cells (with all modern comforts) will allow you to regenerate. If that’s not enough, you can enjoy a hot bath and a steam bath in the ancient rock.
THE PRACTICES
We will retreat into peace and listening, practicing different types of yoga to fully express every facet of our being. Each practice will be centered and developed to draw closer to the energetic and planetary movements of the moment; this is what teacher Irene carries out daily in the studio, but on this weekend it is explored and expressed in its deepest potential.
VINYASA YOGA ASTRO FLOW: a dynamic yet fluid yoga practice, releasing the body from tension and constraints, where the mind can try to break patterns and find new, freer perspectives.
FLY YOGA: the chance to experience (as the Sagittarius archetype carries us) a new version of ourselves, new shapes and new perspectives. Even letting go will be different—more intense and enveloping—in a cocoon of embracing fabric. We will do activation sessions and some of complete release (no previous practice is required).
MEDITATION: one of the oldest practices ever, complex; at times it can feel like an insurmountable cliff, yet it is essential to release unconscious tensions and rise from the deep.
Sounds, movement and mantras will be used
Each practice is suitable for everyone, whether you already practice or not. Practice moments are designed to be accessible to all and to offer an immersive experience without discrimination
PSYCHO-EVOLUTIONARY ASTROLOGY
Few people know that psycho-evolutionary astrology is based on scientific studies by C.G. Jung (father of analytical psychology). In these studies, the birth sky was identified as a mirror of our inner Self: a complex set of archetypes, emotions, life moments that develop with us.
For this reason, reading a simple horoscope (often only about our Sun sign) is a futile and not very real reading of what our true Self is—complex and authentic.
Over these 3 days we will approach this complex and vast science, understanding some key aspects of our birth chart, also using astrological cards, with the possibility of private readings of our natal chart.
