A moment that brings together a celebration (YOGA DAY) with an important energetic time: the SUMMER SOLSTICE.
An off-site meet-up in the lower Lessinia to reconnect with body, nature, wellbeing and light.

Energy flows powerfully on this day and it’s not always easy to channel it, so we give ourselves time to ground and welcome the Light from outside... but also from within
The space that will host us is nestled in the forest of lower Lessinia, home of Cristiana and Paolo, Contrada Larici is a place of peace and harmony
An active meditation practice: 108 sun salutations, to feel this energy in the body.
(If it seems tiring or impossible to do all these sun salutations, I guarantee you’ll be surprised by the flow and the meditation that comes from it. Try! you always have the option to stop and catch your breath)
We nourish the body from within with a Vegan/Vegetarian meal with the girls from Sankalpa: you’ll find exquisite, colorful and tasty dishes, with infused waters - even at snack time!
During the break we’ll share astrological curiosities about this powerful day, while a meditation immersed in nature will give us time to digest and let the morning’s energetic practice settle.
A final practice of flow and harmony with sound, thanks to the - live - soundtrack by Lento Rituale. The music will accompany our movements to rediscover freedom and expressive harmony. Because this passage into the sign of Cancer is about caring, but also nourishing.
We’ll say goodbye with one last snack
Throughout the day it will be possible to book a face/body massage with Elena - Manopesca, who will awaken your senses with a luxurious massage in the shade of a great willow tree
