After awakening our body and awareness, a delicious snack with some products from Ziga Bistrò and Infermentum will await us to also awaken our palate and, why not, have a chat while admiring the winter garden.
It's time for skincare and facial gymnastics exercises, during which you will learn movements and techniques that you can perform independently at home. We will see how the face and skin can brighten with a light massage, acquiring a peachy complexion like a natural blush on your cheeks. The golden moment has arrived! You will have 24-karat gold patches applied, which have the property of activating microcirculation and fluid drainage, making your gaze more luminous and the eye contour more compact.

We will try to let ourselves float freely among our emotions, desires, and sensations to activate that deep dialogue with ourselves that brings us back to full awareness of ourselves, of the light that is found to shine within us, towards our goals and desires, towards the balance between heart and mind. All accompanied by an easy visualization and relaxing sounds.
