
MEDITATION JOURNEY

The ancient practice of meditation is often complicated and underestimated in its healing properties, so 3 sessions have been designed where we will experience different meditation techniques to train the body not to reject the mind and to train the mind to listen.
THE PRACTICE IS SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE, EVEN FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NEVER MEDITATED.

5 APRIL: MANTRA
The vibrations produced by the sound of our voice take energetic listening to a deeper level. They lead us to release muscular and mental tension, to focus on the place this vibration occupies in our body.
3 MAY: TRATAKA
A kriya, an energetic cleansing that leads us to face our emotions simply by gazing at the flame of a candle, letting tears flow freely, focusing on the flame that burns within us.
31 MAY: YOGA NIDRA
The “yogi’s rest”. The time has come to listen, to let go. First we will prepare our body to remain still for several minutes, then we will be guided to make our mind steady too.
