21 JUNE: GONG BATH
with Nico sound journeys
The vibrations produced by the sound of the gongs and the instruments that accompany them will transport us into the greatness of your energy, the emotions that reside, and the vibrations that move.
Each journey is different, changing based on your current emotional state, the sounds produced, and the environment that surrounds you.
Nico will transport you on a unique, deep journey to free your true self.

22 JUNE: SUN ENERGY
A DYNAMIC MEDITATION to awaken the light, the listening, the powerful vital energy that belongs to us, practicing the 108 sun salutations. In this evolutionary (almost sacred) practice, we bow to the new light as a sign of gratitude. The number 108 is a sacred number for Hinduism, often found: 108 are the original Upanishads, the deities have 108 names, the sacred places of Shakti are 108 scattered throughout India…etc.

DURATION 2 hr: between practice, pranayama, and meditation
22 JUNE: YOVOLO IN PAIRS
In this moment of strong energy, we help strengthen bonds, trust, in ourselves but also in others, in a partner, brother or sister, friend… And for this, we listen to the other, we support the other, through the practice of fly yoga. One hammock, two people sharing.
