Irene Mazzai

Owner, founder and teacher

My name is Irene and I’m the soul of this space: a place where the body awakens, the mind grows quiet, and the spirit reconnects to its center.

I’m the teacher, the guide, of the classes you find in this studio: disciplines that blend elegance, strength, and deep listening, accompanying each practitioner toward greater physical and emotional awareness.

My approach comes from a long path in classical dance and synchronized swimming, which taught me the beauty of movement as the language of the soul. I’m also a psycho-evolutionary karmic astrologer, a journey that began for personal understanding and later became a tool to guide others in recognizing their gifts, inner cycles, and evolutionary potential. Every birth chart, to me, is a map of the soul—unique and precious.

Sensitive since I was little, I learned to trust the subtle perceptions that move through me: I listen to energies, to the vibrations of people and spaces, and I let them guide my work, with respect and intuition.

My practice is always accompanied by a carefully chosen soundtrack: every lesson, reading, or creative moment is also born from the sound that resonates in the heart.

I was born under the sign of Pisces, with my gaze turned to the sky but my feet firmly rooted in everyday reality. I believe in beauty, connection, and authenticity.

In my studio, which I created with love, I welcome each person in their wholeness, in a harmonious, sensitive environment, where everyone can feel seen, heard, and supported on their path.

ASTRO WELLNESS METHOD:

ASTROLOGY + WELLNESS

For years I’ve discovered the wellness of physical movement, in different forms and aspects.

For years I’ve discovered (on myself, but also on others) the wellbeing and strength of moving the body while stimulating the mind.

My experiences, studies and energetic sensitivity have led me to explore what unites body+mind+energy, thus discovering the power of “reading” of Psycho-Evolutionary Astrology: a complex mirror of our psyche, of our inner self.

The mind affects the body and vice versa.

That’s why I’ve now added, to my approach, the Astrological-evolutionary component, giving meaning to movement (and to my classes) based on astral movement, to help you connect more deeply with the universe around us and with the complex universe of our being, benefiting mind and body.
